Two days ago I received the prom dress I ordered.It is very nice, sewn very well and the fit is good but sadly it is notthe color I ordered. I ordered the prom dress in Royal Blue that is a beautiful shade of blue like you show in your chart, but my prom dress is much darker, like a navy blue according to your color chart, it looks like an Ink Blue.
